Cold outreach is still one of the most powerful tools for agencies to land new clients—but only if it’s done right. After talking with a lot of agencies, I’ve noticed a few common mistakes that are holding them back.
Here are three pitfalls to avoid, and some quick fixes to get better results:

Personalization is key. If you’re sending the same email to everyone, you’re missing out on the chance to connect. Tailor your message to the prospect’s specific needs and industry.
2. Not Following Up
