is this the most creative approach?
Cold outreach has been feeling kind of... flat lately, right?
Even when your offer is solid, it’s easy to feel like you’re just one more name in someone’s inbox — buried under a pile of “just circling back” and “quick question” emails.
So we tried something totally different.
Something that interrupts the scroll and actually makes people smile.
And surprisingly — it works.
Here’s what we did:
We started sending cold emails with custom action figure images of our prospects.
Yes, seriously. Their face. Their brand. Their company vibe — turned into a toy box-style image like you’d see in a “starter pack” meme or a collectible figure.
Sounds wild, but people actually reply — and not just politely. Like, genuinely excited.
I made a short video walking through how it works, and why I think this kind of creativity is what cold outreach really needs in 2025.

Why it matters:
Cold email isn’t dead — it’s just boring.
The hard part isn’t your message. It’s getting noticed long enough for someone to read it.
And this… gets noticed.
Not because it’s “clever.”
But because it feels different. It feels personal. And it makes people feel something — even if it’s just curiosity or a laugh.
We built the whole system in n8n:
Reads your lead list
Screenshots your prospects' website and grab their Linkedin image
Generate the action figure image using AI
Deliver it via email or LinkedIn — as a surprise, not a pitch
It’s all automated — and scalable.
But the best part?
It just makes outreach feel human again.

P.S. We’re using this with GTM leads now, but honestly — it could work for any niche where attention is the real currency.
