Quick thought I wanted to share.

Cold outreach is getting… noisy.

Sending more messages still works, to a point.

But once everyone is sending volume, reply rates start depending on one thing:

How much you stand out.

And that’s getting harder.

1/ Text looks the same.

2/ Personalization is everywhere.

So we started asking a simple question:

What if the format itself was different?

That question led us down a pretty interesting rabbit hole and we ended up building something new.

I recorded a short video walking through the idea, the thinking behind it and a real example of what this new format looks like in practice.

What surprised me most wasn’t just the personalization, it was how visual difference alone can stop the scroll and re-engage attention, especially in follow-ups.

This is still very much an experiment, but early signals are promising.

And if you’re doing outbound in 2026, I think this way of thinking about format + creativity is going to matter a lot more than people realize.
