I’m born and raised in Sweden but my parents are both from Vietnam. Here in Sweden, we celebrate Christmas on the 24th. Right now, I’m spending time with my sister’s family in a small Swedish town, soaking up the cozy atmosphere and reflecting on this past year.

RepliQ’s journey has been a whirlwind and I thought I’d share how it all started. Back in 2019, I was working in B2B sales, where I noticed that most people weren’t tapping into the full potential of digital cold outreach. I started experimenting with email and LinkedIn campaigns at my job and saw incredible results—overdelivering on all my quotas and winning every internal competition.

Inspired by those results, a colleague and I decided to take the leap. We quit our jobs and started offering cold outreach as a service to companies. For almost three years, we booked meetings for clients, focusing mainly on the Swedish and French markets.

But the landscape changed fast. We realized that innovation was key and we wanted to help agencies like ours grow with cutting-edge approaches. That’s when RepliQ was born—a passion project turned into a full-fledged solution, built with the feedback and support of incredible users like you.

This year has been wild and none of it would’ve been possible without the trust and insights you’ve shared with us. For that, I’m incredibly grateful.
