the 2 signals you missed

I’ve been thinking a lot about why so much LinkedIn outreach still feels... hard.

I’ve been thinking a lot about why so much LinkedIn outreach still feels… hard.

Not because people aren’t trying. Not because the tools aren’t good.

But because most targeting strategies are still stuck in job titles and filters, instead of intent and context. And that makes everything colder than it needs to be.

Most outreach today starts with: “Let’s find people with this title, in this industry, at this company size.”

Which sounds logical. But in practice, it creates conversations that feel random, forced, and easy to ignore. We’ve been experimenting with a different way of thinking about lead sourcing, one that shifts from guessing who might care to identifying people who are already showing interest.

I made a video about it because once we started using this approach, the quality of conversations changed immediately.

Replies felt warmer.

Dialogues felt more natural.

And outreach started to feel… human again.

I don’t want to spoil the details here, but the core idea is simple:

Strategy beats volume.

And intent beats demographics.

If you’ve ever felt like:

– your targeting is technically “right” but results still feel weak

– your messages sound good but don’t start real conversations

– your outreach feels colder than it should

this will probably resonate.
