OpenAI quietly released something called Agent Builder and it might be the biggest shift we’ve seen in how automations get built.

It’s basically OpenAI’s own take on visual automation (think: n8n meets GPT-5).

You can now build full workflows of connected AIs directly inside ChatGPT using reasoning, memory and even your own data sources.

I made a quick video walking through what it is, how it works and why it could seriously change the game for builders like us.
