the X compound effect

I wanted to share something that’s been sitting with me lately.

I keep seeing founders put all their energy into one platform, usually LinkedIn or X and then feel frustrated when growth is slow or inconsistent.

Not because they’re doing anything wrong, but because everything depends on showing up manually every single day.

And the truth is… that’s a fragile way to grow.

What surprised me is that the fix wasn’t “better content” or more effort.

It was changing the way the system works underneath.

Once that clicked, content stopped feeling like something I had to constantly think about and started feeling like something that just… runs.

I don’t want to spoil the video, but it connects a few dots between consistency, automation, and why spreading presence across platforms matters more than most people think right now.

If you’ve ever felt like:

– you should be posting more

– but don’t want to live on social media

– or worry that relying on one channel is risky

you’ll probably enjoy this :

Happy week,

Magda
